Issue Focused Ministry (IFM) is a part of Restoring the Foundations (RTF). This is a three hour intensive inner healing and prayer ministry session focused on a major issue that an individual is dealing with currently in their life. Ministry teams of two men or women will assist and lead a person into the presence of Jesus and His healing touch during this three- hour ministry time.
IFM Questionnaire: If you are planning to come in for an IFM prayer session, for inner healing and deliverance, please download and complete the personal history questionnaire. It is an editable pdf document that should be saved to your Desktop on your local PC.(See note below about possible APP needed for filling out questionnaire online.) The form can then be filled out, attached and returned via email to shakethesheep@gmail.com. Once the personal questionnaire (PQ) is assigned to prayer ministers, you will receive a phone call to set up your prayer ministry session.
You can also print a completed copy and mail it to Shake the Sheep Ministries, 508 Heywood St, Auburn, AL 36832 or email your PQ to shakethesheep@gmail.com. We need to receive the completed form and payment BEFORE we will schedule your appointment. There is a $75 fee for this IFM 3-hour intensive session.

Filling out the personal questionnaire for prayer and deliverance ministry
- When filling out your personal questionnaire - Be Humble and Honest for an effective healing and deliverance ministry session.
- Don't skip any questions.
- Payment must be made before ministry sessions can me scheduled.
- On the day of your ministry session, please plan for at least 3 hours.
- We usually have two or more people present for each ministry session.

Is It Biblical to Charge: Shake the Sheep Ministries is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is self-supporting and we are not subsidized by any churches or outside organizations. If you are able, we would appreciate your financial support. Your payment for Issue Focused Prayer Ministry Session (IFM) is tax-deductible. God’s Word teaches us, that “the workman is worthy of his hire”. It is a matter of honoring those who serve you. Your payment/donations helps tremendously in the ongoing training and development of the volunteers and ministers and supporting the spreading of the gospel through international ministries and the Transformation School of Ministry (trministries.org). Scholarships are available and should be requested when returning your PQ. (Scholarships are determined by criteria set by the Shake the Sheep Ministries Founders and Board of Directors.) |
